ESSENTIALS - ORDERS

All Raker orders route through our broker network. Although the process may differ slightly among brokerages, Raker order guidelines remain constant.


DEADLINES
Raker must receive plug tray orders by 5:00 p.m. Thursday, 10 days prior to the Monday of the required start week. Strip tray orders require three weeks before the requested stick week to ensure product (cutting) availability.

EARLY ORDER DISCOUNT (EOD)
To qualify for the Raker 10% EOD, place orders 12 weeks before your desired ship date.

ORDER CONTENT
When placing an order with Raker, make sure to include a contact name, bill-to address, ship-to address, telephone number, facsimile number, e-mail address, plants and tray sizes, tag items, requested ship date, desired delivery method, and any special instructions or requests.

CONFIRMATION
After confirming an order, Raker ensures the requested item(s) are available. Due to plant timing, availability, or quality; some items may not be available from our suppliers.

If a plant item cannot be acquired, or does not meet our quality specifications, Raker will contact the brokerage / sales representative to suggest possible substitutions or to notify them of possible delays.

AVAILABILITY ORDERS
In addition to future (scheduled) orders, Raker offers a wide selection of Availability items for sale on our website.

Log onto www.raker.com and select “Availability.” The Availability page displays all inventory, speculation, or availability items currently ready to purchase and ship immediately from Raker.

CUSTOM ITEMS
An item’s delivery date may be adjusted due to limited availability or item knowledge.

MINIMUMS
New for the 2018 season, we now have a four tray minimum requirement per shipment.
We will accept and honor orders that fall below this minimum, however a $25 under minimum fee will be charged.
